Professional Knowledge & Experience: - University degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Engineering
- 15+ years experience in the design of offshore and onshore oil and gas production and processing facilities
- Experience in development of large oil and gas and FPSO projects through the front end conceptual, pre-FEED and FEED phases
- Experience in design of LNG facilities is an advantage
- Creativity and judgment in balancing costs and risk to define optimum solutions
- Experience of contract negotiation and management of contractors
- Developed cost control and administration skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Team building skills and ability to coordinate and manage work in multicultural teams
- Presentations to major decision makers
- Facilitation of client meetings, peer reviews and workshops
